Tuxedo Cheesecake

This elegant layered tuxedo cheesecake layers silky dark chocolate and sweet white chocolate cheesecake batters together. A crisp Oreo crust provides contrasting dark foundation. A shiny dark chocolate ganache glaze covers the top.

Press crushed Oreo cookies and butter into a springform pan before pre-baking briefly. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and sour cream, dividing batter into two bowls. Whisk melted dark chocolate into one and white chocolate into other.

Layer both batters over crust and bake gently in a water bath until set. Cool slowly and finish with glossy chocolate ganache. For a citrus cheesecake alternative, make this lemon blueberry cheesecake.
