Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef seasoned with taco spices
  • 2 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 0.5 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped

Dressing

  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning and set aside.
  • In a clear serving bowl, layer refried beans as the base.
  • Layer chopped lettuce evenly on top.
  • Add a layer of cooked ground beef.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  • Add diced tomatoes, sweet corn, and black beans.
  • Top with black olives and chopped green onions.
  • Whisk ranch dressing and taco seasoning together and drizzle on top just before serving.

Notes
