Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the blackening seasoning ingredients together.
Pat the salmon cubes dry and toss them with olive oil and the seasoning mix until well coated.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Skillet Method:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until blackened and crispy.
Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
