Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites

  • 1.5 lbs fresh salmon fillets skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Blackening Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper adjust for spice preference
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix all the blackening seasoning ingredients together.
  • Pat the salmon cubes dry and toss them with olive oil and the seasoning mix until well coated.
  • Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Skillet Method: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until blackened and crispy.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
