Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, dried cranberries, crumbled feta, and toasted nuts.
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well emulsified.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat.
