Ingredients

Jello Layers

  • 4-6 boxes Jell-O 3 oz each, in vibrant colors like green, pink, blue, and purple
  • 2 ⅔ to 4 cups boiling water depends on number of colors
  • 2 to 3 cups ice water depends on number of colors

Filling & Crust

Instructions

  • Prepare each Jell-O flavor separately by dissolving it in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Mix in ice water to cool down the Jell-O. Let it sit at room temperature until slightly thickened.
  • Carefully layer the Jell-O mixtures into the graham cracker crust, allowing each layer to set for about 30 minutes before adding the next.
  • Once all layers are set, spread Cool Whip evenly over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to ensure a firm set.
  • Before serving, decorate with jelly beans, chocolate kisses, and pastel sprinkles.

Notes

For best results, chill the pie overnight. Use a warm knife to slice through layers cleanly.
