Instructions
Prepare each Jell-O flavor separately by dissolving it in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Mix in ice water to cool down the Jell-O. Let it sit at room temperature until slightly thickened.
Carefully layer the Jell-O mixtures into the graham cracker crust, allowing each layer to set for about 30 minutes before adding the next.
Once all layers are set, spread Cool Whip evenly over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to ensure a firm set.
Before serving, decorate with jelly beans, chocolate kisses, and pastel sprinkles.
