Instructions
In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne, and black pepper to create the blackened seasoning.
Coat the salmon bites with olive oil and rub the seasoning evenly onto each piece.
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon bites. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until blackened and crispy.
In a separate pan, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Drizzle the honey glaze over the cooked salmon bites and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as rice or roasted vegetables.
