Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites

  • 1 ½ lb fresh salmon fillets cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Blackened Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper adjust for spice preference
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Honey Glaze

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne, and black pepper to create the blackened seasoning.
  • Coat the salmon bites with olive oil and rub the seasoning evenly onto each piece.
  • Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon bites. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until blackened and crispy.
  • In a separate pan, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Drizzle the honey glaze over the cooked salmon bites and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as rice or roasted vegetables.

For an extra spicy kick, increase the cayenne pepper in the seasoning blend or add a dash of hot sauce to the glaze.
