Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch for crispiness
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs optional for extra crunch
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey for a touch of sweetness

Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional for spice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, paprika, and maple syrup to create a marinade.
  • Add salmon cubes to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Coat marinated salmon with cornstarch and optional panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • For pan-frying: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the dipping sauce.
  • Serve salmon bites hot with dipping sauce on the side.
