Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, paprika, and maple syrup to create a marinade.
Add salmon cubes to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
Coat marinated salmon with cornstarch and optional panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
For pan-frying: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the dipping sauce.
Serve salmon bites hot with dipping sauce on the side.
