Ingredients
  

Donut Batter

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Toppings

  • ½ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate glaze
  • ¼ cup peanut butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  • Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  • Fill donut pan cavities about 3/4 full with batter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • Dip each donut in melted chocolate glaze, then drizzle with melted peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top and let set before serving.
